DaisyDisk scans your disks and presents their content as interactive maps, giving you a visual overview of what takes up space.

Sometimes no matter how much spring cleaning you do on your hard drive, you still can’t find what is taking up so much space.

GrandPerspective is an app we have in our Tools Database that graphically shows the disk usage within a file system.  But it doesn’t do this nearly as eloquently as DaisyDisk.

Once DaisyDisk scans your disk, its contents are displayed as a sunburst map – a very visual representation of all your files and folders.

Also, DaisyDisk supports all kinds of disks: USB flash drives, FTP disks and even Time Machine volumes.

 

Simply put, DaisyDisk finds the real space wasters and removes them.
