Is it taking forever to upload your video files?  Find out if you’re getting the connection speed you paid for with Speedtest.net

You notice the Internet is starting to feel slow.  You close the multiple browser tabs you’ve got open.

It’s still slow.

You try a different browser.  Still no luck.

So in this new browser you Google a phrase like “Internet slow me angry” and you find the the Wikihow article How to Speed up a Slow Internet Connection.   The first thing on the list is to find out what connection speed your Internet Service Provider promised you.

The second thing is to conduct a speed test.  And wouldn’t you know, they recommended Speedtest.net.  It’s a FREE website that tells you the upload and download speeds of your connection.

The interface will make you feel like James Bond and the truth you uncover about your connection speed will make you feel like Julian Assange.

There’s also FREE mobile versions for iOS and Android.

So when your connection gets slow, use Speedtest and make sure your ISP is not trying to pull a fast one.
